Senior Automation Tester

The Connectivity Services Business Unit provides mobile operators, automakers, and IoT actors with essential services that enable continuity of connectivity and end-to-end data security. We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester with Java to join our team. This team is connecting end users with mobile operators on a global scale. The team is cross-functional, we have experienced developers, working together with QAs working together on product. They focusing mainly on backend technologies. The main goal of this position is managing automation tests. We are looking for someone who has an experience with implementation of new testing framework from the scratch. 

Ensure the product quality on the highest level by: 
- Designing and performing functional tests, including their automation, 
- Designing and conducting E2E tests, including their automation, 
- Taking part in non-functional tests preparation and performance, 
- Ensuring requirements are fully covered by tests, 
- Performing analysis of test results, 
- Reporting an tracking incidents during test execution, 
- Managing troubleshooting, 
- Preparing and maintaining the required tests related documentation, 
- Analysing current QA process and proposing improvements, 
- Guiding less experienced QA Engineers. 

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills: 
- theoretical and practical knowledge of quality assurance processes,
- experience in working with requirements, preparing test plans, test scenarios, test cases,
- experience in backend testing (REST API will be an advantage) 
- experience in test automation (Java, Scala, ScalaTest)
- knowledge of BDD test tools/frameworks

Nice to have: 
- good knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu distribution),
- experience with Gatling will be an advantage,
- basic knowledge about CassandraDB, 
- basic knowledge about Docker/Kubernetes,
- basic knowledge about Azure cloud,
- working experience with tools: IntelliJ, Curl, Bruno, Jira, Confluence,
- Jenkins, CI/CD, pipelines,
- Agile / SCRUM.
