As a Tricentis Partner, we implement a wide range of projects related to TOSCA solutions, so we are launching recruitment for the Tricentis Skills Upgrade Program - an intensive development program that prepares you for the role of Tosca Automation Engineer and to work in the area of test automation using the Tricentis Tosca tool.

We work on international projects for leading corporate clients such as SAP, Sanofi, ABB, Roche and Volvo. Our team has been awarded the title of Tricentis Partner of the Year 2025 in the CEE region, and on a daily basis we benefit from extensive training and certification programs including Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad and LiveCompare.

After completing the training, the best participants will join our project teams, implementing automated tests for clients in industries such as finance, automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals.

*Your tasks*

  • Participate in Tosca test automation training program under the guidance of an experienced mentor
  • Creating and maintaining automated test cases in Tricentis Tosca
  • Analysis of business processes and preparation of test scenarios
  • Collaborating with development and testing teams in automation projects
  • Working with testing support tools (Tosca, test management systems, CI/CD)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manual or automated testing
  • Knowledge of basic software testing concepts
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to grow in the area of test automation
  • Experience in SAP testing
  • Practical knowledge of APIs and databases
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language

Nice to have

  • Individuals with Tricentis Tosca (Product Concultant) certification or basic knowledge of test automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, UFT, etc.).
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, VBScript)
