About your workplace

Job Description Summary
Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing international employee assignments throughout the entire process, ensuring full compliance with company policies;
  • preparing compensation packages (including the Balance Sheet approach).
  • drafting contracts in close collaboration with local HR departments and coordinating external service providers;
  • advising managers, employees, and the global HR community on all matters related to international employment relationships;
  • engaging in global projects related to global assignments topics and beyond;
  • contributing to the design and further development of global standards for international employment relationships.

Our requirements

  • Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent qualification;

  • proven professional experience in the described area of responsibility- for example, as an expert, consultant, or HR Business Partner- in an international HR environment;

  • strong knowledge of international compensation design related to international assignments, including the balance sheet approach and associated contract models;

  • comprehensive expertise in international labor, tax, and social security law in the context of international assignments, with particular consideration of the relevant German legal regulations;

  • demonstrated contribution to projects in international HR management;

  • excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
