We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to support our
Quality Team
in integrating two Quality Management Systems (QMS) and coordinating a comprehensive gap analysis across around 50 processes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex environment, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful project delivery.

YOU WILL

  • Lead and manage the integration of two Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Coordinate and oversee a gap analysis covering approximately 50 processes
  • Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Develop and maintain structured project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the Quality, Operations, or Product Management domain
  • Strong agility and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Self-driven approach and capability to work independently
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
