We're looking for a Media Specialist to join our Marketing team in Warsaw Reporting to a Senior Media Manager, you will design and execute campaigns for the hottest beauty brands. More than that, it's an opportunity to extend your skillset beyond digital media. With us, you will also learn to plan impressive TV campaigns and efficiently manage e-commerce content, to deliver a best-in-class product experience for online beauty shoppers.

THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for cooperating with media agency and brand marketing team, managing digital & TV campaigns for selected color brands from Coty portfolio, in Poland, Czech Republic:

  • Setting media KPIs.
  • Calculating & analyzing support scenarios.
  • Reviewing and signing off media plans.
  • Overseeing campaign reporting & optimization.
  • Keeping track of media budget spent and campaign invoicing.
  • Delivering competitive analysis and data updates for color brands (TGI, platform penetration, media consumption, etc.).
  • Working with e-commerce agency and marketing team, leading the journey of e-commerce content localization and distribution for color brands.
  • Ensuring Coty content library is complete and up to date

What You'll Bring
We'd love to see candidates who have:

  • 2+ years of experience in planning awareness-driving digital campaigns, gained working on a full-time position at a global media agency.
  • Knowledge of the Polish digital media landscape, media consumption, and media trends.
  • Being up to date with digital ad formats, buying models, and reporting metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage projects that require cooperating with many stakeholders. The job requires collaborating daily with colleagues from marketing & sales teams, as well as different agency partners (media, creative, e-commerce).
  • Fluent English
