Role Overview
Are you passionate about building secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solutions? We're looking for a skilled Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Software Engineer to join our international, technical team.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade CIAM solutions that elevate the way we connect with our customers.
You'll play a key role in deploying and optimizing SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) – formerly known as Gigya – to support our consumer health business. Your expertise will help us deliver personalized, secure, and compliant digital experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the SAP CDC (GIGYA) engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP CDC (GIGYA) solutions to manage customer identities and access.
Manage customer identity processes, ensuring secure and efficient handling of customer data.
Implement backend solutions to import/export data from various systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Develop ETL scripts for data transformation to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CDC with other systems and platforms.
Work with APIs to facilitate data exchange and system integration.
Build automations to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Design data models to support customer data management and reporting requirements.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Identify technical issues and troubleshoot problems, particularly in web applications.
Stay updated with the latest SAP CDC features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as an SAP CDC (GIGYA) Engineer or similar role.
Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud.
Strong understanding of customer identity and access management principles.
Proficiency in SAP CDC (GIGYA) configuration and customization.
Knowledge and experience in data operations, including databases and websites.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JSON, RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of scripting technology such as JavaScript and Python.
Experience of working in Agile environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
SAP CDC (GIGYA) certification.
Experience in the consumer health industry.
Knowledge of other SAP solutions and integrations.
