About the role

We are currently looking for a
Service Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the aftermarket team, supporting our service & maintenance operations in an administrative capacity.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supervision over the documentation & administration of service works, maintaining records of the service technicians' working time
  • Invoicing in collaboration with the finance team
  • Ordering materials
  • Contact and organizational support for service teams
  • Printing and archiving technical documentation
  • Supporting the service team in office work

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in performing duties, ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent Polish and preferably good English knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills

Not necessary, but it would be a benefit if you have:

  • Education or background in engineering/technical field
  • AutoCAD experience/knowledge
  • Previous working experience in similar position
  • Fluent English language knowledge
