This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow. D&T is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition.

The role is to be the Business Product Owner for Apptio, our IT spend management and analysis tool.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • product ownership of the Apptio solution within the D&T (IT) function
  • managing the quality of the solution master data, mappings, allocation rules, reporting and related master data management processes
  • working with the TBM Office Technical (IT Finance) to develop IT Services on a component basis, developing budgeting, cost price and charging models and other content at the interface of IT and Finance
  • responsibility for delivering working functional enhancements, including writing and reviewing functional requirements from a business control perspective
  • providing support to business control and regions / operating companies for reporting, master data, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training
  • identifying potential functional bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these, reducing the complexity of the work that has to be done
  • providing guidance and coaching to other team members on changes throughout the design process, ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
  • keeping up with relevant developments in one's own functional area and ensuring the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge.

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Control, Computer Science, or other related studies
  • minimum of 7 years of business control and financial consulting experience, ideally in financial controlling tools
  • good understanding of controlling and internal cost allocation processes
  • ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • team player mindset with the ability to work effectively and in an agile way at all levels of the product teams, with the ability to influence others to move toward a consensus
  • ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and "truths" and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
  • project management certification
  • experience working with APPTIO
  • SAP-CO technical experience
  • IT Business controller experience in a multinational corporation.
