Driven by the continuous expansion of our business now we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive - Hauliers. The role will give the unique opportunity to implement your ideas and knowledge by presenting affiliation programs and opportunities, close chartering deals with new haulers, promote enabling services and platforms and negotiates contracts. The role is focused on conducting Field Sales aiming to establish and expand the companys base of partnering haulers. The employee will be responsible for generating new capacity, ensuring targets are met or exceeded across the assigned and market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intensive Field Sales to pre-booked Haulers in the designated country regions
  • Acquire new business through cold calling, networking and referrals and convert them effectively to affiliated haulers
  • Qualify prospects abilities and needs presenting the USP of the program and the enabling platforms
  • Excell at all KPIs for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Ensure all sales visits, calls and efforts are synopsized and reported on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Utilize inside sales knowledge and negotiation techniques
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements
  • Grow coverage and relationships with existing customer base.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all Haulers including follow up on concerns or other issues.
  • Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Quote regular and spot deals
  • Communicate effectively with Haulers, shippers, and receivers regarding potential service delivery complications
  • Participates in business planning and priority setting in support to top management and Operative heads
  • Interpreting market trends, adapting to and taking advantage of industry changes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Field Sales and Key Accounts management
  • In-depth knowledge of the Polish Road freight/Haulers market
  • Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation;
  • Ability to adapt well to and get energized by change;
  • Self-driven and target-oriented person willing to work in an international, fast-paced,
  • entrepreneurial environment
  • Drivers license
  • University degree in Commerce, Logistics, Communication, Business or equivalent.
  • Mandatory: Fluent in Polish and English
  • Good skills in MS Office tools
