Digital Trust and Safety Team Leader (Polish + English)

This is a leadership opportunity in digital trust and safety ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence, people management, and digital ethics.

Your Mission:

Lead a team of trust and safety analysts monitoring online content, resolving escalated cases, and ensuring high compliance with platform policies.

Coach and develop your team, nurturing both their technical performance and their well-being in a challenging but meaningful space.

Analyze trends and proactively optimize workflows, quality metrics, and training needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, quality assurance, and global operations teams.

What You Bring:

Full professional fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)

Experience in content moderation, digital operations, or compliance

Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence especially when navigating sensitive content

Ability to inspire trust, manage team dynamics, and deliver under pressure
