Description

Are you ready to shape robust, scalable IT solutions while guiding a squad through complex technical challenges? We're looking for a versatile expert who can show his experience in different areas - to drive innovation and reliability across our application landscape.

The Role:

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical processes and data models.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Application Owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver robust, reliable, performant, and scalable solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance to squad members and make final decisions when needed.
  • Maintain a transversal view of all applications interacting with your domain.
  • Own the applications/assets managed by the squad, including CMDB maintenance.
  • Prioritize and manage technical demands alongside business needs in the squad backlog.
  • Anticipate and oversee lifecycle events (functional upgrades, technical migrations, security updates) for your IT products.
  • Provide hands-on support during hotline (day) and watch duty (night) shifts.
  • Act as a key escalation point for critical incidents and ensure smooth resolution.

Requirements

  • Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of experience designing solutions in distributed environments.
  • Strong expertise in database modeling, optimization, and advanced SQL Server querying.
  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft technologies (C#).
  • Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Experience in incident and change management.
  • Ability to mentor and develop design skills within the team.
  • Resilience under pressure and a proactive mindset.
