Solution Designer

As a Solution Designer specialising in Master Data Management, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic data solutions across Customer Data Platforms. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future-proof MDM solutions that support business outcomes and enable trusted customer data across the organisation.

What will you be doing?

• Creating solution designs for Master Data Management aligned with business and governance needs.

• Proactively identifying and modernizing outdated designs to meet current standards.

• Continuously optimizing solutions for scalability, performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.

• Supervising and supporting the implementation of your designs across the platform.

• Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, security, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

What we're looking for?

• Experience working with Operational Master Data Management platforms.

• Knowledge of Reltio is preferred (but Redshift or general master data management experience can be also considered)

• Proven track record in solution design, system integration, and data modelling.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams in multinational environment.

• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

Skills:

• Ability to design and document end-to-end MDM solutions.

• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in SQL and RSQL.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Effective communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Ability to balance delivery speed and cost with strategic platform goals.

Nice to have:

• Reltio certifications.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), CBAP (The Open Group Architecture Framework), or AWS Architect certifications.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Platform Teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

• Collaborate with project managers, risk, CISO, and data governance stakeholders.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership and Accountability:

• Engage with architectural stakeholders and change forums to coordinate technical strategies.

• Support the Platform Architect in developing and delivering platform roadmaps.

• Make design decisions that balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.

• Contribute to the stability and scalability of the data estate.
