Compliance Specialist – MedTech

Location:
Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Poland. This role is critical in ensuring our operations meet internal and external compliance standards, particularly in relation to HCC websites and digital platforms used for healthcare professional (HCP) engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws across MedTech operations.
  • Manage and monitor HCC-related websites and portals, ensuring content, access, and usage meet compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and IT to support compliant digital activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of HCC platforms and digital assets.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives related to compliance and HCC processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs and documentation related to compliance workflows.
  • Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements in the MedTech and healthcare sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry.
  • Familiarity with HCC websites, portals, and digital compliance tools.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry codes (e.g., EFPIA, MedTech Europe).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
