Join us in Warsaw—this is an on-site role offering flexibility and a supportive culture that empowers you to thriveAon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeAdminister HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll documentationCollect and process documentation submitted by employees to HR Boxes, ensuring timely delivery to the payroll vendor.Support onboarding activities on-site, including employment contract signing and start documentation.Provide advisory on Polish labor law to employees, managers, and People Team members.Monitor and flag process gaps and risks, ensuring compliance and service quality.Maintain accurate employee records and support reporting to statutory bodies (e.g. Social Security office).Collaborate with remote team members and proactively share HR knowledge.Skills and experience that will lead to successMinimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a corporate or international environment.Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll regulations.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (spoken and written).Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an asset.Availability for on-site work in the Warsaw office.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
