Senior Payroll and Personal Administration Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure flawless payroll processing and data accuracy
  • Manage social security declarations and tax reporting
  • Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams
  • Support onboarding, training, and process improvements
  • Provide expert guidance on labor law and social security

What you bring:

  • 4+ years managing Polish payroll independently
  • Deep knowledge of Polish payroll, labor law, social security, and Płatnik
  • Strong Excel skills and a university degree
  • Experience working in a large corporation and fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, client-focused attitude
