Profil pracownika

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane ekonomiczne lub techniczne)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z klientem w obszarze B2B
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
  • Wysokie zdolności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
  • Samodzielność, zaangażowanie i proaktywność
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B

Twoje zadania

  • Identyfikowanie możliwości upsellingu i cross-sellingu
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z klientami
  • Analiza potrzeb klienta i proponowanie nowych rozwiązań
  • Koordynacja działań mających na celu zwiększenie zaangażowania klientów w korzystanie z systemów ERP
  • Monitorowanie poziomu satysfakcji klienta i podejmowanie działań prewencyjnych
