Your Responsibilities

In this unique dual role position, you'll spend
50%
of your time supporting our
Service Desk team
in Bydgoszcz, and the other
50%
focusing on the
administration, maintenance, and development of our ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
.

Service Desk (50%)

  • Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for users in Switzerland
  • Advise and assist users with technical issues
  • Ensure Service Desk availability via phone and ticketing system
  • Handle, document, and escalate incidents and service requests
  • Support MS Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Install and uninstall client software
  • Manage users and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Handle access management for business applications
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

ServiceNow / ITSM (50%)

  • Maintain, configure, and further develop our ServiceNow platform
  • Support ongoing ITSM process improvements (Incident, Request, Change, etc.)

Your Profile

We're looking for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. You are a team player with a passion for delivering high-quality IT services.

You bring:

  • Solid experience in Windows-based environments and hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices)
  • Hands-on experience in
    ServiceNow
    development and operations
  • Strong understanding of IT service processes (Incident, Request, Change)
  • ITIL certification (a strong advantage)
  • Language skills:
    German C1
    and
    English B2
    , spoken and written
