Technik Testów zajmuje testowaniem urzadzeń na automatycznych lub półautomatycznych stacjach testowych. Odpowiada za kalibrację i testowanie urządzeń, a także tworzenie raportów. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku raportuje bezpośrednio do Kierownika produkcji

Obowiązki

  • Przygotowanie urządzeń do testów poprzez montaż na dedykowanych stanowiskach oraz przeprowadzanie testów zgodnie z obowiązującymi instrukcjami pracy.
  • Obsługa precyzyjnego sprzętu testowego, symulującego rzeczywiste warunki pracy komponentów.
  • Końcowy montaż urządzeń po testach.
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji, w tym raportów zapewnienia jakości.
  • Utrzymanie oraz walidacja sprzętu testowego w celu zapewnienia jego sprawności.
  • Współpraca z działem inżynieryjnym w celu poprawy procesów i rozwiązywania problemów.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie min. średnie na kierunku elektronicznym, mechatronicznym lub podobnym.
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Ogólna wiedza na temat funkcjonowania maszyn i urządzeń oraz umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania nowej wiedzy.
  • Wiedza i umiejętności czytania, rozumienia i posługiwania się informacjami przedstawionymi na rysunkach, schematach inżynieryjnych oraz instrukcjach pracy.
  • Umiejętność korzystania z systemów komputerowych.
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania problemów i uczestniczenie w ich rozwiązywaniu.
  • Dbałość o szczegóły i precyzję podczas wykonywania codziennych obowiązków.
  • Gotowość do pracy w trybie zmianowym (2 zmiany).
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym.
  • Doświadczenie w branży Aero lub pokrewnych będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Gotowość do wyjazu zagranicznego na kilkumiesięczne szkolenie.
