is offering high-impact, high-visibility product marketer role across marketing, product and sales teams. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling & crisp product positioning and messaging that effectively communicate our unique value propositions to customers, clearly articulating our differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy  for product and feature launches, work closely with product & sales team.
  • Equip the go-to-market team with high-quality enablement materials such as presentations, demos, and case studies.
  • Ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Influence product roadmaps by providing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to the product management team.
  • Define customer segments and buyer personas through the gathering and analysis of customer feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product marketing plans are aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure offerings remain ahead of the curve and stand out in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Content and Growth Marketing teams to produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
  • Drive content strategy to educate the market and enhance brand awareness across various channels.
Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the Product marketing field.
  • Experience working in or with different marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and various communication channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into accessible content.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in documentation and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Salary Ranges:
  • Gross Salary PLN/month
