Customs & Export Control Managera

Osoba na tym stanowisku przejmie odpowiedzialność za kontrolę eksportu, obsługę celną oraz transport, zapewniając zgodność z przepisami, wysoką sprawność operacyjną oraz rozwój podległego zespołu.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:


• Nadzór nad odprawami celnymi importu i eksportu oraz deklaracjami INTRASTAT.


• Zapewnienie zgodności z regulacjami eksportowymi, sankcjami, embargami oraz przepisami dual-use.


• Zarządzanie klasyfikacją materiałów (ECCN), audytami, raportowaniem oraz procesami eskalacji.


• Współpraca z organami celnymi, dostawcami oraz partnerami biznesowymi.


• Organizacja i optymalizacja transportu przychodzącego i wychodzącego.


• Zapewnienie terminowych dostaw oraz ciągłości produkcji.


• Wdrażanie usprawnień procesowych oraz narzędzi IT (np. systemów zintegrowanych z SAP).


• Zarządzanie zespołem, rozwój kompetencji oraz realizacja celów operacyjnych.

Wymagania:


• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej.


• Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów celnych, systemu INTRASTAT oraz regulacji dual-use.


• Doświadczenie w obszarze transportu i międzynarodowego łańcucha dostaw.


• Praktyczna znajomość systemu SAP oraz pakietu MS Office.


• Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum poziom B2).


• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem.


• Bardzo dobre umiejętności organizacyjne, komunikacyjne i analityczne.
