sector. Known for delivering practical, user-friendly products that enhance everyday comfort and well-being, the company is now strengthening its international presence and seeking an experienced
International Business Manager
to support its dynamic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing international distributors.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners in priority markets.
- Grow the current client portfolio and actively expand the company's global network.
- Secure key accounts, agents, and large distributors across international territories.
- Contribute to product-launch strategies, promotional concepts, and market innovations.
- Set sales budgets, define objectives, and execute commercial action plans.
- Implement export commercial policies in alignment with senior management.
- Represent the company at major trade fairs and industry events.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in international sales or export management roles. - University degree in
international trade
or a related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage. - Fluency in Polish and English
is essential. Other languages are an asset. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A determined, target-driven mindset with a strong commercial instinct.
- Availability for international travel.
