We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who loves bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, elegant, and accessible interfaces. You'll translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually consistent digital experiences across AMS One — our next-generation talent technology platform. Working alongside product managers, developers, and researchers, you'll craft designs that are both beautiful and practical, helping users move through their journeys with clarity and confidence.

You'll support our success by:

• Designing intuitive digital experiences — from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to align design intent with technical and business goals.
• Applying and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Advocating for accessibility and inclusive design in every detail, from layout to interaction.
• Contributing to UX strategy and iteration through design critiques, prototyping, and testing cycles.
• Maintaining clean documentation and hand-off standards for seamless developer collaboration.

What you need to have to be successful:

Must haves:

• Proven experience designing responsive, user-centred interfaces for web or mobile products.
• Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent tools) across component design, auto-layout, prototyping, and variants.
• Good grasp of interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout systems.
• Understanding of UX fundamentals — usability, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture.
• Experience collaborating in agile or product-led environments.
• Excellent communication skills — able to tell the story behind design choices and influence decision-making.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with design tokens, component libraries, and hand-off tools (e.g. Zeplin, Storybook).
• Motion/interaction design capabilities (e.g. micro-animations, transitions).
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS, platforms or data-rich interfaces.
