What you will be doing

  • Supporting customers in understanding and effectively using platform features
  • Holding regular check-ins or review calls to maintain ongoing contact and ensure satisfaction
  • Handling customer requests and inquiries through various communication channels
  • Recommending relevant features or improvements based on customer goals and challenges
  • Monitoring customer activity and engagement using internal tools
  • Ensuring customers remain active, satisfied, and supported in adopting new features and capabilities
  • Acting as the voice of the customer across internal teams (Product, Support, R&D)
  • Reporting recurring issues or trends to inform product improvements
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date with all relevant customer interactions

We are looking for individuals with

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success within the IT sector
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage a large volume of accounts
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud-based tools like Google Workspace
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required; Spanish or Italian is highly desirable
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a reactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity
