ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lead Analyst in Platform Operations, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring that complex fund and derivative operations run smoothly.

You'll perform reconciliations, margins, and OTC collateral processes — turning data and details into control and confidence for our clients.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that blends analytical precision, problem-solving, and collaboration. You'll also guide colleagues and contribute to process improvements across our dedicated managed account platforms ("DMAs").

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

What You'll Do

• Perform position reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and resolving breaks with fund administrators, asset managers and counterparties.
• Execute and oversee OTC collateral and settlement in line with client and regulatory standards
• Monitor and manage cash/margin balances and initiate cash movements in accordance with margin rules established with each client.
• Support fund launches, migrations, and liquidations, coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Participate in process and platform enhancement projects, contributing operational insight.
• Coach and review junior team members' work, sharing expertise and setting high standards.

 What You Bring

• Over 4 years of experience in middle/back office operations — ideally in asset management, investment banking, or fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets (equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, listed and OTC derivatives) - collateral management, and fund operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance accuracy with pace in a deadline-driven environment.

Background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar required.
