We're looking for a driven and analytical Junior AI Product Manager to join Tidio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a constantly evolving environment, embraces change, and is motivated by the challenge of building products that truly solve business problems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in AI, product development, and SaaS who is eager to learn and grow along with our product.

Responsibilities:

• Help improve user retention for 3 to 4 AI agents in our disclosed project by understanding how users interact with them and identifying areas for improvement

• Support the automation of customer support processes to help the team reach a resolution rate of 65% or higher.

• Regularly analyze user feedback, usage data, and product metrics to guide feature prioritization and improvements.

• Take an empirical, data-driven approach to product development, test, measure, and iterate.

• Proactively communicate when a change in product direction is needed; let go of past decisions when evidence suggests a better path forward.

• Understand business problems in depth and translate them into clear product opportunities.

• Create (or learn to create) advanced prompts for AI models to improve product functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• 1-2 year of experience in product management, tech, or consulting (Big4) - internships count

• Good data analytics skills and an eye for detail

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in SaaS products.

• Interest in automating customer support to boost resolution rates.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Profficient Eglish - B2/C1 level

• Team player comfortable collaborating with engineering and data teams.

Bonus points for:

• basic programming skills (Python, TypeScript)
