Talent Acquisition Specialist

How you will get the job done

• developing strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to effectively address recruitment needs
• managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience
• acting as a primary point of contact for candidates during their recruitment process
• attracting candidates using various sources, like social media, and professional networking sites, and researching new ways of approaching candidates
• setting up the right talent pipeline, cultivating and bringing high-potential profiles to the business team
• preparing analysis and reports to provide insights into ongoing recruitment processes
• participating in recruitment and employer branding events, such as job fairs, conferences and open days

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (C1)
• at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter in an international environment
• experience in recruiting candidates for various roles in non-tech area (finance/customer services/HR or related)
• experience in working in a partnership model with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
• exceptional organizational skills
• you are at ease with an abundance of details, yet mindful of the big picture
• superb interpersonal, communication, and team skills that allow to build working relationships with candidates and recruiting colleagues
• being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
