Your role
The
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
will be responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and continuously improving production processes at our new manufacturing site in Szczecin, Poland.

During the initial phase, the role will support the setup, installation, and qualification of equipment and processes.

Once serial production is established, the focus will shift towards optimizing manufacturing performance, implementing lean and data-driven improvements, and ensuring process capability and compliance within a regulated environment.

This is a key position to ensure that production processes in Poland are robust, efficient, and future-ready — balancing technical excellence, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

This is a fully on-site position based in
Dołuje, near Szczecin
.

Your tasks
Support During Setup

• Collaborate with our international team to ensure proper installation, setup, and qualification of production equipment.
• Support process documentation, work instructions, and training material preparation.
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ execution, where applicable.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensure lessons learned are integrated into standard work.

Process and Manufacturing Optimization

• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify efficiency, quality, and yield improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Optimize material flow, equipment utilization, and workstation layout to ensure safe and ergonomic work conditions.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and improve process documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.

Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure production processes and equipment remain capable, stable, and compliant over time.
• Support the introduction of new tools, jigs, and fixtures to improve manufacturability.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and high OEE performance.
• Drive continuous improvement culture within the operations team through structured problem-solving and coaching.

Who You Are

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or similar.
• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a regulated industry (medical devices, automotive, electronics).
• Proven record of implementing process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Experience in process validation, equipment qualification, or transfer projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Why, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC).
• Fluency in Polish & English.
• Readiness to travel to our different production sites.
