Responsibilities:
  • Competitive analysis and market research.
  • Analysis of internal users' needs, insight search and trend-watching.
  • Formation of functional and product requirements for product development: conceptual optimization of existing features + formation of requests for the introduction of new features.
  • Generating and testing hypotheses to validate product ideas and optimize functionality.
  • Formation of roadmap releases of new features.
  • Developing promotional activities and communication strategies for the successful launch and user adoption of a series of features.
  • Supervising the development process and tracking deadlines together with Project Manager.
  • Close collaboration with the analytics team to analyze the effectiveness of launched features and new functionality, assessing impact on key metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data and A/B testing results to inform product decisions and prioritize the backlog.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
  • Advanced English (B2 and higher).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking mode.
  • Analytical Tools: Hands-on experience with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau).
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Strong Prioritization: Proven ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.

    Working conditions:

    •work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta;

    •remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesn t matter where you re working from, only the result is important;

    •flexible schedule. It is enough to coordinate time zones and have intersections of working hours with the team;

    •transparent salary. The entire amount of the Job offer is specified in the contract;

    •paid 4 Sick Days and 1 Day Off per calendar year;
