We are looking for a Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an up-to-date product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs.
  • Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, user stories, and tasks to ensure maximum delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Communicate with external partners (SoftSwiss, Digitain, etc.) on technical integration matters.
  • Collect and analyze data, conduct customer development interviews.
  • Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Improve user experience by applying UX principles to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment among all team members throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Product Management experience: 3+ years with a strong focus on platform, infrastructure, or system-level product development;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, QA, and project managers;
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Hotjar, GA, Tableu;
  • Ability to work with documentation, system mapping, and requirements grooming in close collaboration with tech teams;
  • Systems-oriented, pragmatic mindset with a focus on clarity in processes and architecture.
