Lilial Support jest zespołem utworzonym w strukturze naszego departamentu Global Commercial Support na rynkach bezpośredniej sprzedaży do pacjentów, gdzie w naszym Centrum wspieramy lokalne spółki w zadaniach administracyjnych.

Poszukujemy osób doświadczonych w zakresie planowania i administracji, które razem z nami będą odpowiedzialne za odpowiednią komunikację, organizację i współpracę, aby stworzyć zgrany zespół.

Do Twoich obowiązków na tym stanowisku będzie należało

  • Przetwarzanie zamówień dla naszych pacjentów
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentów i recept dotyczących refundacji naszych produktów
  • Wystawianie faktur dla płatników i klientów
  • Zarządzanie danymi w systemie CRM
  • Udział w różnych projektach wskazanych przez kierownictwo
  • Budowanie pozytywnych relacji z podmiotami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi

Idealny kandydat powinien posiadać

  • Znajomość narzędzi Microsoft Office
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min. B1)
  • Znajomość języka francuskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min. B1)
  • Umiejętność planowania i priorytetyzacji zadań
  • Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w pracy administracyjnej/biurowej
  • Doświadczenie pracy w księgowości będzie mile widziane
