Naszym Klientem jest dynamicznie rozwijająca się międzynarodowa spółka farmaceutyczna. Szukamy silnego Finance Managera do polskiej spółki, który kompleksowo zarządzi finansami spółki i rozwojem narzędzi finansowych.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Nadzór nad działem księgowości (outsourcing) i finansów wewnętrznych.
  • Przygotowanie raportów finansowych (miesięcznych, kwartalnych, rocznych).
  • Analiza wskaźników finansowych i raportowanie do Zarządu w Polsce i za granicą.
  • Planowanie finansowe, budżetowanie oraz kontrola kosztów.
  • Współpraca z audytorami.
  • Optymalizacja procesów finansowych i kontrola ryzyka.
  • Wsparcie dla inwestycji i projektów rozwojowych.
  • Optymalizowanie procesów finansowych i raportowania.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe ekonomiczne.
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku kierowniczym w dziale finansów.
  • Świetna znajomość MS Excel oraz systemów ERP (np. SAP).
  • Umiejętność analizy finansowej i raportowania.
  • Znajomość polskiego prawa podatkowego i rachunkowości.
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz komunikacja z różnymi działami firmy.
