More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Forecast specialist in Pila, Poland with Signify.

As part of the global Specialty Lighting commercial team, you will take on the critical responsibility of ensuring our demand plans align with the needs of our key customers. Your work will directly impact order and delivery performance, while helping us maintain optimal stock levels. You'll be at the heart of our operations, driving the monthly demand planning process and influencing decisions that shape our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the monthly demand process. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Analyze statistical base planning and enhance it with customer insights, new product launches, and market opportunities. You will collaborate closely with global sales and product managers to align on future demand.
• As part of the forecasting process, you will also conduct monthly slow-moving inventory (Slomo) analysis , working with sales and product mangers to reduce existing slomo and prevent future slomo
• Lastly, you will report out on the above in the sales, inventory, operations planning meeting (SIOP) that is being attended by business unit management

Specialty Lighting is covering a wide range of different applications - from insect-traps and heat lamps to skin treatments, purification and entertainment .

As part of our strategy within BU conventional, Specialty Lighting has the ambition to grow in the coming years.

For specific applications we are currently transitioning from conventional lamps to LED's , triggering new product introductions.

By ensuring our demand plans are robust and data-driven, you will be instrumental in supporting this transition and contributing to our growth ambitions.

• You've 2-3 years relevant working experience in an operational supply chain planning role
• You have knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• You like to work with dynamic market-and customer requirements
• You are familiar with building-up customer intimacy and making use of your influential skills
• You have experience in planning around new product introductions
• You can communicate in English.
