Are you interested in procurement processes and enjoy helping others navigate systems and workflows? We're looking for a Procurement Operations Junior Consultant to support our purchasing operations and contribute to continuous process improvements in an international environment.

What you'll do

  • Support procurement processes within Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P)
  • Act as a first point of contact for users, helping with systems, processes, and trainings
  • Resolve process and technical issues in cooperation with relevant teams, following agreed SLAs
  • Ensure compliance and proper governance within purchasing
  • Participate in local and global projects, system enhancements, and process changes
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help drive process optimizations
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure knowledge sharing and back-up
  • Support handling deviations using LEAN principles
  • Train end users on tools and system usage within your area

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in R2P and/or S2P
  • Good understanding of P2P / Purchasing processes
  • Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba is a plus
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Fluent English communication
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and handle ambiguity
  • Enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others
