Dla jednego z naszych Klientów, spółki z branży FMCG o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku poszukujemy kandydata na stanowisko Senior Business Controllera/Finance Business Partnera - koniecznie z doświadczeniem w branżach FMCG, retail lub pharma. Zatrudniony kandydat będzie odpowiedzialny za kanał sprzedaży nowoczesnej i na co dzień będzie blisko współpracował z działem sprzedaży oraz General Managerem.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Przygotowywanie analiz finansowych oraz raportów dotyczących sprzedaży, rentowności, kosztów, przychodów i kluczowych wskaźników finansowych.
  • Stała współpraca z działam sprzedaży w procesie negocjacji z klientami i dostawcami w kanale nowoczesnym.
  • Wspieranie zarządu oraz managerów w podejmowaniu strategicznych decyzji.
  • Udział w budżetowaniu, badaniu odchyleń od budżetu oraz rekomendacje zmian.
  • Dbałość o marżę, rentowność i efektywność operacyjną (ocena rabatów, promocji itp.)
  • Monitorowanie kosztów i rekomendacja zmian w polityce kosztowej.
  • Ocena i analiza nowych inwestycji.
  • Udział w zamknięciach okresowych i raportowaniu okresowym.
  • Przygotowywanie analiz ad hoc.
  • Identyfikowanie ryzyk i szans finansowych oraz proponowanie rozwiązań.
  • Prezentowanie wyników finansowych i rekomendacji podczas spotkań wewnętrznych.
  • Zapewnianie zgodności raportów finansowych z wewnętrznymi regulacjami spółki, przepisami prawnymi oraz standardami rachunkowości.
  • Obsługa audytów.
  • Śledzenie trendów rynkowych i przygotowywanie rekomendacji zmian.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe ekonomiczne.
  • 3-5 lat doświadczenia w controllingu biznesowym w branżach fmcg, pharma lub retail.
  • Zaawansowana znajomość MS Excel.
  • Rozwinięte zdolności analityczne.
  • Sumienność, dbałość o szczegóły oraz umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
  • Zdolności interpersonalne i komunikatywność.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
