We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Compliance team, focused on delivering global e-invoicing and digital reporting capabilities. This role will execute on the product roadmap for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) compliance features, ensuring our customers stay ahead of rapidly evolving regulatory requirements.

Working closely with engineering, regulatory experts, and other suite-wide product managers, the Senior PM will translate regulations into scalable product features, ensure smooth integrations with partners and ERPs, and deliver compliance capabilities that drive adoption and customer trust.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

• Execute on the product roadmap for global e-invoicing compliance across both AR (outbound invoicing) and AP (inbound invoicing), in line with the defined strategy.
• Translate regulatory and technical requirements into clear, scalable product features, and
  articulate them effectively
  across teams and stakeholders that meet customer needs and compliance obligations.
• Partner with engineering, regulatory analysis, and design teams to deliver compliant product capabilities on time and at scale.
• Define and prioritize AR and AP compliance workflows, ensuring accuracy in invoice issuance, reception, validation, and archiving.
• Collaborate closely with other suite-wide Product Managers to ensure alignment across all workstreams, as even small changes can have large-scale impact.
• Work with ecosystem partners (e.g., certified platforms, ERP providers, local authorities) to ensure seamless integrations.
• Support go-to-market teams with product expertise, documentation, and training to drive successful adoption.
• Monitor global regulatory updates together with the regulatory team, and adjust execution plans and roadmap alignment to ensure compliance readiness.

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within SaaS, ERP, fintech, tax technology, or compliance-related solutions.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes; experience with e-invoicing or regulatory-driven products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
  — proactive, articulate, and able to explain complex concepts in simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to deliver complex products.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a track record of driving alignment across product suites.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn regulations into actionable product requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple parallel priorities.
