Senior Product Manager FinCrime (Worldwide/remote)

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager FinCrime to join our team and lead one (or a few) of the following project areas:

  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features).
  • Drive efficiency improvement in Risk Operations.
  • Improve effectiveness of the financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives).
Requirements:
  • Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including Discovery, Delivery, Continuous Discovery, Hypothesis Validation, and Product Experiments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities – able to identify the right problems and lead the team to find and deliver the best solutions.
  • Evidence-led approach – able to base decisions on data, identify key metrics and their drivers, and assess the impact of product investments.
  • Strong execution skills – able to manage complex product lifecycles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Low ego and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Sound knowledge of UX principles, including consumer conversion optimisation.
  • Experience with process optimization, re-engineering, and automation.
  • Experience in implementing 3rd party technology products.
  • Nice to have: Experience with financial crime prevention, regulated products, and implementing regulations.

  • Identifying and prioritizing product investment opportunities to maximize ROI and reduce risk.
  • Gathering requirements.
  • Overseeing the product development process.
  • Product testing and validation.
  • Product launch execution.
  • Performing product performance analysis.
  • Managing technology vendors – identifying potential partners, evaluating offers, and supporting implementation.
