Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience to drive crucial functionalities for Allegro merchants. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions in the area of Heavy & Bulky (H&B) delivery and Value Added Services (VAS) for essential categories on the platform (e.g., large home appliances, furniture, garden equipment). Additionally, the team is responsible for merchant-facing return process, with planned improvements to eliminate repeatable, manual operational work. You will be in charge of working with stakeholders and a product team to deliver value for users and shape their experience on Allegro.

• Understanding and defining the critical problems faced by users, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their constraints and needs are considered, ultimately translating these into opportunities to deliver valuable outcomes for the business and customers.
• Owning the problem space and the solutions for your product area, partnering with your cross-functional engineering team to discover, design, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives and drive measurable results.
• Defining the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and being accountable for the product's results.
• Driving continuous product discovery and delivery, from deeply understanding users' needs, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks, to ensuring the successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions that achieve necessary outcomes.
• Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across various teams (engineering, data analysts, UX designers, researchers, and other product managers) and with stakeholders, providing clear strategic context to ensure alignment on objectives and shared understanding.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the users and understand their needs.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in AI/ML solutions (not a must, but beneficial given our strategic direction to leverage AI for data extraction, enrichment, compliance, and name quality assessment)
