We are looking for a proactive IT and Support Services Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement activities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and driving cost-saving initiatives. The role involves commercial and contractual negotiation, supplier performance management, market analysis, and reporting on procurement KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

Procurement & Sourcing

• Establish relationships with stakeholders to collect data and harmonize needs
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned sub-categories (
  Interim as a starter
  )
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with quality, cost, and delivery standards
• Raise and manage purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with approval processes
• Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with AM for contract updates, supplier performance reviews, etc
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and escalate delays or risks

Supplier Management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of supply with suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and service levels
- Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions when needed
- Support supplier audits and compliance checks as required

Cost & Compliance
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and service levels
- Ensure all purchases comply with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, and supplier records

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular procurement reports and analysis (cost savings, supplier performance, spend analysis)
- Provide input for budgeting and forecasting activities
- Contribute to procurement strategy development for assigned categories

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
• 2–5 years of procurement or buying experience, ideally in IT/professional services
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and procurement systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• English is a must, any additional Aperam language is a plus
• Negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and cost analysis abilities
