Senior Project Services Manager - Global Banking

Location: Krakow
Contract Type: Contract

Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking an experienced Senior Programme and Project Services Manager in Krakow. This is an excellent contract opportunity for you to join a global team. You will help shape and implement strategic change across the organisation.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be central to the success of large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your work will support business strategy, regulatory compliance, and process transformation globally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project teams adhere to the global change framework.
  • Control programme progress and performance against key milestones.
  • Anticipate, manage, and mitigate programme risks and issues.
  • Support the development of clear and effective project plans.
  • Manage all programme and project closure activities.
  • Oversee the resource management process, including team onboarding.

Requirements

  • 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 3 years in a programme or project management role.
  • Experience with complex, multi-country transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience leading meetings via video or teleconference.
  • PMP or MSP certification is a plus.
  • Experience leading a PMO unit is an advantage.
