Nasz globalny klient poszukuje wykwalifikowanych, dwujęzycznych pracowników obsługi klienta, którzy dołączą do zespołu na czas określony, w ramach projektu w Polsce. Idealny kandydat powinien znać język angielski na poziomie średnio zaawansowanym oraz język polski w stopniu ojczystym lub prawie ojczystym. Jako członek zespołu wsparcia klienta będziesz odpowiedzialny za zapewnienie wysokiej jakości doświadczeń użytkownikom i twórcom treści popularnej aplikacji mobilnej do edycji wideo. W tej roli będziesz: Główne obowiązki: Pomagać w rozwiązywaniu problemów użytkowników za pośrednictwem biletów w aplikacji, e-maili i czatu, szybko i dokładnie. Nawigować różnymi przypadkami użytkowników, korzystając z ustalonych procedur operacyjnych (SOP); zgłaszać luki i brakujące kroki w procesach, gdy je znajdziesz. Komunikować się skutecznie i profesjonalnie w kontaktach z użytkownikami. Okazjonalnie wykonywać połączenia wychodzące, aby dokończyć rozwiązywanie problemów, gdy jest to potrzebne, oraz wykonywać inne zadania zgodnie z potrzebami. KWALIFIKACJE: Wykształcenie: Wymagane jest ukończenie szkoły średniej lub równoważne; mile widziane wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie komunikacji, biznesu lub pokrewnych. Te dwa języki są mile widziane, ale wystarczy jeden: Rodzimy lub prawie rodzimy poziom języka niderlandzkiego lub polskiego. Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2. Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim (z łatwością zdasz nasz test z angielskiego). Znajomość platform mediów społecznościowych oraz innych aplikacji mobilnych do edycji wideo. Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta jest mile widziane, ale nie wymagane. Absolwenci są mile widziani do aplikowania.
