Your responsibilities:

  • Review client pricing requirements for tenders and proposals, ensuring pricing is accurate, aligned with strategy, and compliant with client and internal standards.
  • Work with the Global Deal Manager to analyze customer data, support deal qualification, and prepare competitive pricing proposals.
  • Prepare and present deal analyses with recommendations on pricing strategies, margins, and key risks.
  • Advise on the most cost-effective and competitive products, ensuring technical compatibility and optimal total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Follow Pricing Quality Assurance (PQA) procedures and maintain accuracy in all pricing submissions.
  • Use and adapt global pricing tools (GPT/RGS) for new business areas when required.
  • Support business development projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Keep client documentation updated and organized.

  • Experience in pricing related roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills – able to build complex financial models and work confidently with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset – able to assess business impact, identify risks, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Strategic thinking – able to contribute to winning pricing and proposal strategies.
  • Proactive, organized, and confident in working with stakeholders.
