Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented Social Media Engagement Specialist to drive growth and engagement for our AI automation courses and community across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll create compelling content, manage posting schedules, and foster community interaction to boost enrollments and brand visibility. If you excel at crafting shareable posts, analyzing performance metrics, and building online communities, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote AI automation courses and community events, driving traffic to our YouTube channel and community platform.
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, short videos) for platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to solopreneurs and business owners.
  • Manage posting schedules using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, ensuring consistent brand voice and optimal engagement (target: 5-10% engagement rate).
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community posts to build relationships and encourage course sign-ups.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, clicks, conversions) using platform analytics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with course launches and community challenges.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, AI automation topics, and no-code tools to create relevant, high-impact content.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2+ years in social media marketing or content creation, with a proven track record of growing engagement on platforms like YouTube, Twitter, or Instagram.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong content creation skills: able to craft compelling posts, visuals, and short videos that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for fostering online community interaction and engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing metrics and optimizing strategies to meet growth goals.
  • Fluent in English; Polish proficiency is a bonus for local engagement.
  • Proactive, collaborative spirit, equipped with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/no-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Glide) or community platforms like Skool or Notion.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7,000.00zł - 89,000.00zł per month
