Twoje zadania:

  • Wsparcie działu finansów: przygotowywanie faktur, rejestrowanie płatności dostawców, pomoc w uzgadnianiu sald bankowych i raportowaniu
  • Wsparcie działu sprzedaży: zarządzanie zamówieniami, aktualizacja CRM/ERP, przygotowywanie dokumentacji sprzedaży i kontakt z klientami
  • Współpraca z zespołami finansowymi, sprzedażowymi i zarządzającymi w celu usprawnienia procesów i optymalizacji działalności
  • Poznawanie polskich przepisów podatkowych i dotyczących podatku VAT, przy jednoczesnym udziale w zamknięciach miesięcznych

Czego oczekujemy:

  • 1–2 lata doświadczenia w księgowości, finansach lub administracji (lub silna chęć nauki)
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego
  • Dobra organizacja, proaktywność i chęć rozwoju

What You'll Do:

  • Support finance: prepare invoices, record supplier payments, assist with bank reconciliations, and help with reporting
  • Assist sales: manage orders, update CRM/ERP, prepare sales documentation, and liaise with customers
  • Collaborate across finance, sales, and management teams to improve processes and streamline operations
  • Learn about Polish tax and VAT regulations while contributing to month-end closings

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in accounting, finance, or admin (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Fluent in Polish & English
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow
