Your main tasks:

Develop and implement a EMEA-level sourcing strategy, including "make or buy" analysis and supplier segmentation (grow/fix/exit).
Lead the achievement of procurement KPIs, including cost savings (CMP), delivery performance (STR/STC), and quality metrics (DLPM).
Manage commercial agreements with suppliers (e.g. inventory management, bailment, VMI, EDI, consignment).
Conduct RFQs using e-tools, award new business, and negotiate pricing for raw materials, components, and tooling.
Optimize the supplier footprint by onboarding strategic suppliers, consolidating sources, and managing resourcing projects.
Monitor supplier capacity and capability to prevent supply constraints and ensure business continuity.
Drive continuous improvement through quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and corrective action plans with key suppliers.
Ensure compliance with TE standards including RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, and use of the supplier portal.
Support plant operations by aligning sourcing strategies with NPI projects, quality audits, certifications, and insourcing initiatives.
 

Your ideal background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, including strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Knowledge of relevant commodities (machining) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent in English and Polish at a professional/negotiation level.
