You:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, including managing challenging projects
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, technical roles, and the ability to attract passive talent
  • Management of a recruitment team
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employer branding or close cooperation with marketing
  • Proven track record: reduction in time-to-hire, increase in direct sourcing share, effective EB campaigns
  • Proficiency in tools: ATS/CRM (e.g., Traffit), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft 365 suite
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment methodologies: structured interviewing, scorecards, talent mapping
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to create engaging EB content
  • Data and goal-oriented (OKR/KPI), excellent work organization, proactivity
  • Knowledge of Polish and English at a minimum C1 level
We will also appreciate:
  • Experience in EVP development, EB performance campaigns, and working with agencies
  • Experience in scaling EB functions in a dynamic growth environment
Your responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive recruitment processes (tech and non-tech) in cooperation with Hiring Managers
  • Building and developing direct sourcing functions: market mapping, active talent acquisition (LinkedIn, GitHub, industry portals), recruitment funnel management
  • Designing and implementing employer branding strategies: EVP, internal and external communication, social media campaigns, career website, events (meetups, fairs, webinars), ambassador programs
  • Candidate pipeline management, process standardization, candidate experience, and NPS
  • Co-creation of compensation policy based on market benchmarks, consulting on offers (comp & ben)
  • HR analytics: SLA, cost-per-hire, time-to-hire, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire, ROI of EB activities
  • Cooperation with marketing, PR, and technology leaders on the consistency of the employer brand message
  • Selection and implementation of tools (ATS/CRM, automation, aggregators, competency assessment tools)
  • Supervision of compliance with labor law and GDPR in recruitment processes and EB communication
  • Optional: management of a small team (recruiters/sourcers/EB), competency development, and coaching of hiring managers
