We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. You will join the Brand Guardian project, an AI-driven platform ensuring content is consistent, compliant, and inclusive. With the proliferation of digital channels, maintaining branding compliance and consistency is crucial. Brand Guardian helps organizations avoid legal risks and ensure their brand is presented correctly and inclusively across all platforms. This role involves contributing to the development and integration of services based on language models, requiring hands-on experience with LLMs & vLLMs. You will also be responsible for creating custom AI vision models. Your responsibilities will include designing and training of these models to address various business needs as well as designing and implementing services where multiple AI model outputs interact to establish complex business logic. Finally, you will deploy these services to production Brand Guardian infrastructure.

• OpenAI, Mistral, Gemini models
• AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry as AI platforms
• Python, LangChain, PyTorch, Pandas and more
• AWS deployments (Docker, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Pulumi with TypeScript for infra code)
• Vector DBs (Qdrant)
• Jupyter Notebook, Matplotlib
• AI-assisted coding (Windsurf, Claude Sonnet, Copilot, MCP)

• Work on our own product in cooperation with a small Agile team that combines both business focused delivery with an R&D-centered ways of working
• Use existing AI models (owned or public)
• Use LLM/vLLM models and optimize it based on cost, performance and quality
• Training of custom vision model + fine-tuning
• Create infrastructure and work on its scalability, cost and performance
• Help product managers and business stakeholders understand AI's potential and limitations
• Actively share AI knowledge inside and outside the company (conducting workshops, presentations, writing blog articles and representing the company as a conference speaker) 

• Experience in coding using Python
• Familiarity with AWS possibilities for AI
• Proven practical experience in using AI technologies to solve real business cases
• Solid knowledge foundations around LLM and frameworks like LangChain
• Experience in developing RAG-based application
• Experience with Deep Learning platforms: TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with Machine Learning Toolkit in either OpenCV, Scikit-learn, Pandas or similar
• Rapid prototyping skills
• Algorithmic and heuristic problem-solving skills
• English communicating skills (min. B2)

• Practical knowledge of Computer Vision problems (Image & Video processing): Object detection, Image segmentation, Image classification
• Experience with multiple Computer Vision cloud products (Azure Computer Vision, Google Cloud Vision, Clarifai)
• Hands-on experience in testing AI solutions (KPIs, testing heuristics)
• Agentic Systems
• Experience with cloud-native software development using AWS, Docker, GitHub

• Salary depending on presented skills:
  mid: PLN/h (B2B contract)
  senior: PLN/h (B2B contract)
