Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and assist with general facilities and administrative tasks.
• Handle basic IT-related tasks, including troubleshooting conferencing equipment, mobile devices, and office cabling.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms and town hall spaces for larger meetings and events.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining workspace layouts for efficiency and comfort.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the office environment.
• Collaborate with vendors and assist in managing service requests.
• Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives related to facilities and office experience.
• Provide reception-like support, including welcoming visitors and handling inquiries.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed studies in IT or a related field.
• Interest in technology and willingness to work with conferencing systems, mobile phones, and office equipment.
• Ability to balance technical tasks with general office and administrative duties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented approach.
• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• You have basic familiarity with MS Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• You are available at least 30 hours/week.

What We Offer

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 12 months (maximum 18 months).
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
• Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
