At Ubiquity Service, we work closely with leading automotive manufacturers and R&D institutes. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who will support the development, testing, and evaluation of vehicles .

Responsibilities

  • Manage the definition of competitive vehicle attribute target values.
  • Lead and oversee the vehicle attribute development and integration process for European market requirements.
  • Report vehicle attribute integration and validation status across program milestones and internal reviews.
  • Plan, organize, and lead vehicle sign-off events and management drives throughout the development cycle.
  • Conduct customer-centric total vehicle evaluations and provide detailed technical feedback.
  • Perform detailed benchmarking of competing vehicles and brands within the European market.
  • Work closely with development teams in China (Wuhu & Shanghai) and with European market teams (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Support vehicle testing activities, including NVH, ride & handling, ADAS, infotainment, and comfort evaluations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in total vehicle evaluation or vehicle testing.
  • Strong professional vehicle evaluation skills with broad knowledge of vehicle performance, ergonomics, comfort, and market expectations.
  • Good understanding of the functionality of modern ADAS systems and infotainment architectures.
  • Valid European driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation/reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not required.
