We are currently looking for a
Receptionist
to join our
Sopra Steria Polska

Job description:

  • Managing correspondence
  • Ensuring efficient and proper document flow
  • Maintaining effective communication between departments
  • Keeping records and archiving systems, retrieving information when needed
  • Reporting faults/breakdowns and overseeing their resolution
  • Close cooperation with other support units within the company
  • Ensuring workplace safety by issuing, checking, and collecting ID badges
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Welcoming guests
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Managing conference rooms
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of personal culture
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
  • Student status
  • Knowledge of French will be an asset
