Enterprise Network Senior Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network solutions with a strong emphasis on load balancing technologies and critical network services. This role ensures high availability, scalability, and performance of applications and services across global environments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Load Balancing & Application Delivery
  • Design, configure, and manage load balancing solutions (F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, NGINX, or equivalent).
  • Implement advanced traffic distribution strategies for high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Optimize application delivery for performance and security.
• Critical Network Services
  • Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP, IP address management (IPAM), and related services.
  • Ensure redundancy and failover capabilities for critical services supporting enterprise operations.
• Network Operations & Optimization
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to load balancing and core services.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
• Security & Compliance
  • Apply security best practices for load balancing and critical services.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Documentation & Standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and network diagrams.
  • Contribute to the development of network standards and best practices.
     

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with load balancing technologies (F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, NGINX, HAProxy).
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and related critical network services.
• Familiarity with routing and switching fundamentals.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (F5 Certified, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred.
